Return Policy
At Recordman LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products under the following conditions:
1. Return Period
Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The return period starts from the day the product is delivered. Late returns cannot be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
For items damaged during shipping, please report the issue to the courier at the time of delivery.
3. Return Process

2. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
3. After sending the product to the specified address, it will be inspected. If it meets the return conditions, your payment will be refunded within 7 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or sent incorrectly, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
For returns due to customer preference, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Exceptions
Opened cosmetics, personal hygiene items, and custom-made products cannot be returned.
